Our luggers are clean cut, professional and courteous and will help you feel at ease before we begin the job. Once we arrive, you explain what you are considering to have removed, donated and or recycled. We listen! Whatever we can donate, we document and then send you an itemized list and a tax-deductible receipt. Our professionally trained luggers will work with you to figure out how to donate and recycle as much of what you decide to dispose of as possible and will identify the most cost effective solutions for you.

How It Works

Step 1: Schedule
You decide it’s time to de-clutter your home/residential or commercial/office space and give our friendly call center a ring at your convenience to discuss your unique situation at 1-800-LUG-JUNK or book online. We check our schedule based on your location to coordinate a convenient time for a free, no-obligation estimate.

Step 2: Arrival
Our professionally trained, clean-cut luggers arrive within a two-hour arrival window.

Step 3: No-Obligation Estimate & The Junkluggers Guarantee
Our luggers will take a look at the items and will provide you with an estimate for their removal. You will never pay more than the agreed price – that’s our Junklugger Guarantee.

Step 4: Immediate Removal
If you agree to the Junklugger Guarantee price, we will quickly and safely remove the items right then and there. You can go about the rest of your day knowing that your items are in good hands and our luggers will be respectful of your home as they work.

Step 5: Donations
Our luggers sort your items for donations or recycling. Later, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt for any items we were able to donate on your behalf to a local charity.

We donate and recycle as much of what we lug from your home or office as possible, providing you with a donation receipt for any items accepted on your behalf within 14 business days of the service.

* Ultimately, the donation centers we partner with have the final say on what items they accept. We cannot guarantee your items will be donated and a donation receipt provided, but we will do our very best to find a second home for your items..

On-Time Arrival

If we do not arrive when we say we will, we will provide you with a discount for the inconvenience. If we arrive up to 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 5% off the total bill. If we arrive more than 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 10% off.

*Does not apply for same day bookings and changed appointments.

Price Assurance

If we quote you an on-site estimate, we guarantee the final price will never be more than the price originally quoted on-site. In fact, sometimes you will even pay less if your items take up less space in our trucks than we originally estimated.
