I called in to ask about pricing on a king size bed. I was given a price of $189 - when the workers arrived I was informed that the total with mattress and box spring surcharges would be $299. I wasn't happy but needed it gone - explained that I called and asked specifically about a king bed with split box spring and wasn't informed of any surcharges. Ultimately the driver made it right for me and billed the price I was given on the phone. Very satisfied with the actual work. not so satisfied with the phone call inquiry I made in advance.
