Junkluggers Opens CT Franchise

New York City eco-waste removal firm Junkluggers opened its first Connecticut franchise in New Haven County, returning to the state where the company was founded.”It’s a great market,” said Josh Cohen, chief executive of Junkluggers (pictured above). “It is a natural extension of what we’ve already done.”

Cohen founded Junkluggers in Fairfield in 2004, removing unwanted waste from customers’ homes and sorting it for reuse and recycling. The company moved its headquarters to New York City in 2010, although still has a company-owned branch in Fairfield County.
